Our History
It started in 2009 with the creation on Farmington Gardens by the Chabot Family. We quickly became known as one of the premiere food service hospitality venues in the state. We have expanded our food service footprint by opening The North House in Avon CT. The Chabot Hospitality Group has also teamed up with the Alliance Group to offer food and beverage programs as well as special event services at the Silo Point Country Club in Southbury CT . We recently have taken control of the former Mahan Lakeview property in Wolcott and have just completed renovations. This new property is will now be known as High Point Gardens. Our award winning chefs put an emphasis on quality and use only fresh ingredients. Our properties have in house event coordinators who are available to walk you through hosting every aspect of your next party. They take the stress out of planning so you can enjoy your event.
